After having some issues with Sourceforge when we originally launched 15.7, we have finally uploaded the latest release to Sourceforge and have updated the links in the original post. But if you are really eager you can find them below:
Desktop Edition 15.7 32 Bit Version
Desktop Edition 15.7 64 Bit Version
Netbook Edition 15.7 32 Bit Version
Netbook Edition 15.7 64 Bit Version
X Edition 15.7
Can Simplicity Linux (32-bit) be added to an existing Linux installation as a dual-boot option? How would I achieve this?
I have a 6 gb ext4 partition where I install the latest 32-bit edition each time it comes out using Puppy Installer. Grub options follow after that and XP has always survived the ordeal.
You are the best! godspeed you.
I am missing two features:
Login page with password protection
We are looking into multi-user, but Puppy isn’t designed to be multi-user, so it’s a little complicated but it is something we want to try out in X first and then probably the release version soon after. As for Aerosnap, we’ll look into it for X. Hope this helps you out a little!”]
I like this distro a lot, it looks neater than PuppyLinux.
But I can’t get Swedish keyboard to work, the dialogue says it is Swedish, but the keyboard still writes in English.
There is a text asking me to report this, so I try here…
Odd. I will look into this. Thank you for the feedback!
